Magazines purchased through this website will be sent by mail at a frequency set out in the details for each magazine. The first magazine will be sent no more than 6 weeks after the date of order but mainly within 14 days. Magazine subscription refunds are not offered. Purchases other than magazine subscriptions will fall under the rules for distance selling. Refunds can only be considered for non-magazine puchases if products are returned undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Magazines subscriptions and products purchased through this website can only be delivered to addresses in the UK including Northern Ireland.
